Centrally located with easy access to local amenities and parks. The gym had fresh fruit and good equipment. The parking fees were confusing and not transparent. Overall, an okay experience, but improvements are needed in clarity of services.

Incredible Hospitality and Luxurious Amenities
I recently stayed at a luxury hotel for one night in a Superior Room, and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff greeted me with warmth, and I even received a thoughtful room upgrade to help celebrate my special occasion. The amenities were top-notch, especially the hot tub and the gym facilities, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I wished the room had a coffee or espresso machine for those early mornings.

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Lenox Mall. The indoor pool was a great way to unwind. The fitness center had fresh fruit and water available. I enjoyed the classy vibe of the downstairs bar, perfect for a nightcap. While the hotel offered great amenities, I was pleasantly surprised by the unexpected bonus of getting a bottle of champagne sent to our room to celebrate my wedding!

Had an awesome time with my friends! We explored the Atlanta History Center, which has great gardens and trails, then hit up the local spots for some shopping. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. Just a heads up, the restaurant can get busy, and late-night dining options were limited. Overall, a fun trip and perfect place for a group getaway.

The hotel has a beautifully designed lobby and bar, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I stayed for one night to explore the Buckhead area, and I enjoyed the lively vibe and the easy access to nearby attractions. While the in-room dining experience was disappointing, with limited options and less-than-stellar food quality, the staff was helpful and engaging, making my stay more enjoyable overall.

The location is excellent with great access to shopping and dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, I encountered issues with the room's refrigerator not working properly and received no timely notice about a water outage during the night, which could have been better communicated.

Y'all, the food scene here is lit! The shrimp & grits at the restaurant were a stand-out—some of the best I've ever had. Plus, the staff were hella friendly and the vibe was chill. The rooms were also spacious and super clean, making my stay even better.
Now, on the flip side, I had a few hiccups. The housekeeping didn’t quite get the memo about timing, and the ice machine was outta order. Also, the soap dish in the bath? Total fail—it’s like a soap trap! Even so, the good vibes kept me from getting too salty.

Impressive Service with a Few Minor Hiccups
During our stay, the staff stood out as they kindly remembered our dog's name, creating a warm welcome. The food was excellent, especially during breakfast, though restaurant service could improve in speed.
